1. The Problem
Recruitment portals commonly ask applicants for excessive personal data upfront and lack rate limiting, exposing candidate submissions to automated scrapers and spam.
2. The Architectural Approach
I designed a streamlined talent intake portal adhering to data minimization principles. The application validates inputs client-side and server-side, employs honeypot fields and rate limiting, and collects only what is required to evaluate candidates.

What I'd Do Differently
I would add client-side public-key encryption for candidate resumes so that sensitive CV files are encrypted before upload and can only be decrypted by designated hiring keys.
